Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems while performing preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime. Maintain and repair conveyor systems, robotics, automated machinery, and material handling equipment, including service of boilers, air compressors, and utility systems. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to identify issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and maintain accurate work order documentation. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. This role supports a stable, growing organization focused on cutting-edge automation and operational excellence within manufacturing and warehouse environments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or industrial environments
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Experience working with conveyor systems, automated equipment, and robotics
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documentation
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance
