Job Summary
Maintenance Technician position for Summerwell Deerhaven at Greystar requiring technical/mechanical work to maintain property buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing defects, completing make-ready and pre-move-in tasks, managing inventory and supplies, documenting service requests, assisting with groundskeeping, and supporting safety/compliance with OSHA and local requirements. Must hold EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license; able to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance) and be available for on-call coverage evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
- Certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Ability to stand/walk/bend, lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Experience with maintenance tasks, make-ready process, and preventative maintenance
