Job Summary
Maintain equipment, machinery, and building to ensure all operate safely and efficiently. Perform preventive maintenance and work-order repairs on equipment including Weber SOS Bag Machines, KBA Flexotecnica CI Presses, conveyors, forklifts, chillers, air compressors, and auxiliary equipment. Diagnose and repair using pneumatics, electrical controls, and hydraulics; read schematics; rebuild pumps/motors; identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Manage parts inventory, stock re-ordering, and plant sanitation; ensure proper tagging and inventory records. Execute shutdowns/startups and operate PIT equipment per OSHA standards; complete housekeeping and compliance tasks across shifts, including monthly OSHA and sanitation trainings. Must be able to stand/walk for long periods, lift 50+ lbs as required, and collaborate in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must follow Safety/GMP/PPE guidelines
- Ability to work 8hr shift, including weekends and overtime
- Strong mechanical knowledge

- Excellent math and reading/writing abilities
