Conduct maintenance service requests, complete appliance repairs, handle emergency calls, and manage apartment turnovers at Sterling Village Apartments. Clean grounds, offices, and common areas while performing tasks across all trades including plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning. Respond to customer service needs with flexibility and teamwork, adhering to an on-call rotation schedule. Requires reliable transportation and at least two years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.)
