Job Summary
Facility Maintenance Technician responsible for keeping residents’ living areas well-kept and serviced to high standards, assisting with repairs, completing work orders from residents and staff, and performing preventative maintenance. The role requires being pleasant, detail-oriented, and friendly; experience in general maintenance/construction and a valid driver’s license are required, with knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year in general maintenance and/or construction
