Maintenance Technician - Station A

Maintenance Technician for Station A responsible for diagnosing defects and completing assigned work orders, make-ready tasks to prepare vacant homes for leasing, and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and functionality of property. Duties include inspecting and documenting work, coordinating materials and vendors, maintaining grounds and amenities, cleaning, painting curbs/signage, and supporting cost-control efforts. Requires EPA refrigerant recycling certifications (Type 1 and II or Universal) or equivalent, valid driver’s license, OSHA/safety training, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; occasional travel to assist other properties.
