Job Summary
Conduct emergency and scheduled repairs on production equipment using mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills. Diagnose faults, replace parts, and perform preventive maintenance across machines, plant facilities, and plumbing systems. Read work orders, interpret manuals, and document all activities while adhering to safety regulations and SOPs. Detect defective materials and report unusual situations to supervision. Assist with deep cleaning post-harvest and operate material handling equipment. Maintain accurate records in timecard and scheduling software. Requires 2+ years of manufacturing or agricultural maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of manufacturing/machine and/or agricultural maintenance experience
- Must be highly motivated
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to frequently sit
- Must be able to occasionally stand
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to climb or balance
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must have close vision

- Must be able to follow all rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

- Must be able to understand and maintain timecard and scheduling software
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance
- Fork truck license
