Job Summary
Oversee all network services, perform tests on equipment and circuits, and troubleshoot issues to resolve client requests in a timely manner. Guide customers on proper equipment usage, create reports of service calls, and make suggestions for upgrades while maintaining inventory. Ensure systems remain error-free and uphold safety requirements throughout on-site installations and repairs. This role requires prompt, reliable support with excellent communication skills to maintain strong customer relationships. The position is based in Smyrna, TN, with a high school diploma required and a Bachelor's degree or certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift to 55 pounds
- Problem-solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Computer skills including Microsoft office
- Knowledgeable about all safety requirements
