Job Summary
Conduct overall maintenance of an apartment community by evaluating, prioritizing, and resolving work orders according to company standards. Perform specialized repairs including plumbing tasks, HVAC troubleshooting, appliance fixes, carpentry, electrical work, and tile replacement. Monitor inventory of commonly used parts and complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. This role requires living on-site in a company-provided apartment in exchange for availability to respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis. Candidates must possess EPA certification, obtainable within 120 days via paid training, and hold a valid driver's license. Previous experience in multi-family property maintenance and HVAC skills are preferred.

- Previous experience in multi-family property maintenance
- Knowledge of maintenance safety guidelines and procedures, and OSHA regulations (including state-specific)
- HVAC experience
- CPO Certification and pool chemistry and maintenance skills
- Ability to shovel snow and/or clear ice from walks, driveways, or parking lots and spread salt in those areas during snow season
- Maintain a professional appearance following team dress code policy
- Able to effectively and professionally communicate with residents and co-workers
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning software, apps, and programs
