Maintenance Technician

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on all building equipment, including mechanical systems, carpentry, painting, drywall, and refinishing. Execute mechanical repairs on hospital beds, lifts, stands, wheelchairs, commercial kitchen equipment, and laundry machines. Assist with snow removal using snowplows and manage computer installation and upkeep. Maintain equipment as necessary while working flexible hours including weekends and holidays. This role supports the physical environment of a 303-bed faith-based nonprofit facility in Framingham, MA, ensuring safety and functionality for residents.
