Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at a 180-bed LTC facility in South Philadelphia. Responsible for repairs and general maintenance of the assigned unit under the Supervisor, including inspecting unit conditions, maintaining logs, coordinating with other services, directing work orders for the ES Department, ensuring OSHA and state/federal maintenance regulations compliance, participating in CQI, and performing snow removal as needed. Requires ability to lift 50 pounds, English proficiency, and a HS diploma/equivalency, with 1 year of maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Minimum of 1 year experience in maintenance or building management services
- General repairs and preventive maintenance knowledge (plumbing, carpentry, painting)
- Valid/Clean Driver's License
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to write and speak English clearly
