Job Summary
Diagnose defects and complete repairs on residential properties, including preventative maintenance, resident service requests, and "make-ready" inspections for leasing. Manage inventory, coordinate vendor work, and maintain grounds and amenities through cleaning and painting tasks. Adhere to safety protocols, OSHA training, and cost-control measures while documenting all service requests. Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with on-call availability and potential travel to other properties. Requires EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
