Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining facility equipment to support site goals. Performs mechanical, electrical, plumbing troubleshooting and repair of club facilities; reads equipment manuals and work orders; diagnoses problems, replaces parts, tests and makes adjustments; conducts regular preventive maintenance; performs plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks; uses hand and power tools, meters, and handling equipment; identifies faulty operations and reports them. Emphasizes safety compliance and maintaining a clean, orderly work area; position is full-time with company benefits at St. Andrews Country Club Property Owners Association in Boca Raton, FL.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 years work experience in the building maintenance industry
- Trade School Certificates preferred
