Job Summary
Senior Maintenance Technician responsible for mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance across industrial equipment. Performs equipment troubleshooting, component disassembly and reassembly, diagnostics of electrical and mechanical systems, parts sourcing, setup of machining operations (lathe, drill press, grinder), welding tasks, and adherence to 5S/CI standards. Drives continuous improvement, maintains CMMS records, and mentors lower-level technicians while participating in training and development. Requires strong understanding of electrical/mechanical/control systems, tool proficiency, and occasional travel; offers market-competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)
- Associates degree with a Technical focus and 3 years of related experience in general industry; or 5 years of related experience in general industry or successful completion of the ATS Technician Progression Program
- Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems
- Can analyze problems and perform repairs
- Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate
- May be required to travel
