Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for day-to-day mechanical and preventative upkeep of production equipment in HVAC refrigeration manufacturing. Perform mechanical repair, electrical tasks including reading schematics, and troubleshooting of relays, contactors, motor starters, PLCs, and sensors. Ensure a safe work environment by following OSHA standards and company policies; maintain heating and plumbing systems; assist in setting up ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems; read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders; document maintenance procedures and maintain daily checklists. Emphasis on teamwork, continuous improvement, safety, communication, customer service, and achieving reliable product delivery and quality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3-4 years of relevant experience
- HVAC equipment service experience preferred
