Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for residential facility maintenance across plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and providing customer service. Duties include preventive maintenance, responding to work orders, preparing vacant suites for move-ins, interior/exterior upkeep, appliance installation/repair, plumbing fixtures maintenance, basic HVAC, use of hand and power tools, maintaining a safe environment, and performing other duties as assigned. Full-time role with on-call rotations; eligible for a 50% discount on rental rate if residing at the community.
