Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for repairs and preventative maintenance on hotel facilities, including furniture/fixtures, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC. Duties include responding to maintenance work orders, ensuring safety, reporting work completed to supervisor, maintaining property standards, potential grounds maintenance, and adherence to associate handbook and company policies. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds; wear proper uniform; perform duties in a courteous manner and assist guests as needed.
