Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Home2 Suites by Hilton Rochester/Greece responsible for repairs and preventative maintenance to meet hotel quality standards; perform repairs to furniture and fixtures; handle plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC; respond to maintenance work orders in a timely manner; report completed work to supervisor; may perform preventative maintenance on property grounds; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds; wear proper uniform and adhere to safety and appearance standards; follow Associate Handbook and established policies; other duties as assigned.
