Job Summary
Respond to all assigned maintenance work orders and rectify problems during the workday. Manage general community clean-up and perform other duties as assigned. Provide your own basic hand tools and maintain a valid driver's license. Available for after-hours emergency calls on a rotational basis, including some weekends. Monday through Friday schedule with on-call requirements. Requires HVAC Type II Certification and prior experience in most maintenance and repair areas. Background check and drug screening are required.
Required Qualifications

- good history of job dependability and performance
- experience in the use of maintenance equipment and tools
