Job Summary
Maintain and support all equipment in a JIT Production Environment, completing work orders, preventive maintenance, and approved modifications to ensure production efficiencies. Troubleshoot electrical systems, repair, and rebuild machinery while recording line calls and work history in the eMaintenance System daily. Stop the production line immediately if safety or quality issues arise. Hold valid licenses for Hilo, Scissor Lift, and Articulating Lift operation. Work overtime as needed across daily shifts, shutdowns, and any schedule changes. Complete all required training and continuously develop technical and electrical expertise.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Journeymans Card accepted
- Industrial automotive maintenance experience of three to five years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Detail-oriented
- Adaptable to change
- Team player
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
- Mechanical, technical, and electrical expertise
- Ability to travel up to 0 25% if applicable
