Job Summary
Diagnose and complete work orders for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs while performing routine maintenance tasks like painting, drywall repair, and minor carpentry. Complete apartment turnovers, ensure grounds and common areas remain clean and functional, and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. Maintain accurate records of completed work and parts used while adhering to all safety procedures and company policies. Requires EPA certification or HVAC experience, minimum two years of multi-family maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license with insurance. Competitive pay includes health, dental, and vision after 30 days, plus paid time off and a 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- EPA Certification or HVAC experience
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Must be able to provide proof of valid vehicle insurance
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
