Maintains grounds, conducts general cleaning, pressure-washes Breezeways/pool areas, and paints curbs/signage as needed. Documents service requests promptly, supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible, and attends safety trainings (OSHA). Requires EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 and II or Universal), other state/local certifications, and a valid driver’s license for on-property duties.
