Job Summary
Provide safe and timely electrical support, including preventative maintenance, installation, service, repair, troubleshooting, and resolution of multiple operating machines within a manufacturing industrial environment. Diagnose issues down to the component level in industrial electrical control systems, covering motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, and PLCs. Interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings while working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Requires 2–3 years of experience and the ability to work varied shifts, including 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience troubleshooting industrial electrical control systems, including diagnosing issues down to the component level
- Strong operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot AC and DC drive systems
- PLC troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills
- Strong practical mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Experience with basic 3‐phase motor control circuits, including installation and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with sensors, limit switches, and common industrial electrical components
- Understanding of bearings and power transmission equipment
- Ability to work independently in a mature, professional manner
- Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications

- Basic welding skills
- military training or technical school certification
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
