Job Summary
Maintenance Technician with hands-on responsibility for troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facility systems in a Raleigh, NC facility. Requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities; duties include diagnosing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic HVAC issues; installing and repairing electrical wiring, motors, switches, lighting, panels, and controls; maintaining logs and work orders; supporting safety and continuous improvement initiatives; and collaborating with supervisors, operators, and team members.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical training or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
- Forklift experience preferred
