Job Summary
Complete assigned work orders applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC while supporting the preventative maintenance schedule. Maintain a valid driver's license and hold EPA Certification for HVAC as required. Work Tuesdays through Saturdays from 11:00am to 7:00pm. This role supports the maintenance needs of resort-style continuing care senior living communities across 28 locations in 9 states, serving residents in independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing settings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of technical maintenance experience
- General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance
- EPA Certification for HVAC
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
