Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing apartment-maintenance issues across a multi-site community. Performs plumbing repairs (leaking faucets, toilets, fixtures), blinds and closet door repair, low-risk electrical work (lighting, ceiling fans, smoke detectors), minor sheetrock and building construction repairs (windows, locks), caulking of tubs/sinks, and appliance repairs. Provides building-repair expertise aimed at preventing future issues in historical aging buildings and communicates with residents in a caring, compliant manner per Fair Housing guidelines. Works on a full-time basis with a family-friendly on-call rotating schedule, enjoys a positive culture, and benefits from company-paid training, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
