Job Summary
Troubleshoot and perform electrical, drywall, painting, plumbing, and appliance repairs to complete work order requests within 24-48 hours. Maintain grounds, report hazards, and contribute to housekeeping in common areas while documenting all property operations in logs or software. Assist with make-ready unit turns, manage materials against budgetary constraints, and ensure trash receptacles remain free of debris. Respond immediately to on-call emergencies, including weekends, and complete additional training assigned through the Gracehill platform. Work flexible hours to address urgent services and handle heavy equipment relocation or removal as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and on-call hours to address emergency services
- On-call emergencies must be responded to immediately
- Has applicable certifications
- Has relevant experience and manual labor skills necessary for job functions
- Ability to work exposed to various weather conditions such as snow, heat, and other regional specific climates
- Ability to lift heavy equipment or discarded items as needed on property
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
