Job Summary
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems while diagnosing and repairing issues in a timely manner. Maintain interior and exterior common areas, complete minor carpentry, painting, and general repairs, and manage inventory and maintenance records. Supervise junior staff when applicable and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. This role requires a high school diploma, 1-2 years of residential maintenance experience, and on-call availability 24/7 for emergencies. Located at Sidney Senior Village in Sidney, New York, this part-time position supports our vision to advance better living for seniors.
Required Qualifications
