Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Sharpline Equity to perform general maintenance, inspections, preventive maintenance, and project coordination in a multifamily community experiencing growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of general maintenance experience
- At least 6 months in apartment maintenance preferred
- Strong understanding of building systems (electrical, heating, plumbing, HVAC) and health & safety practices
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, walk, kneel, stretch, and work on ladders up to 30 feet
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC certification is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with computers and maintenance software
- Proactive problem solver with critical-thinking skills
