Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair hotel equipment, facilities, and systems, including HVAC and electrical wiring. Perform preventative maintenance, conduct regular inspections, and coordinate maintenance staff to stay within budget. Fix structural damage, plumbing leaks, and safety hazards while maintaining building inventory and records. Train hotel maintenance staff and ensure superior quality in guest rooms and common areas. Report major problems to the General Manager and comply with all safety protocols and lockout procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Customer Service Skills
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Must have a strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's Degree, technical school and/or equivalent experience in a hotel or related field
