Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on machinery including lasers, CNC equipment, and forklifts. Analyze equipment failures to identify root causes and improve preventive practices. Monitor, prioritize, and complete work orders accurately while following strict lockout/tagout safety procedures. Execute general facility maintenance for garage doors, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Mentor team members in the Maintenance Apprenticeship Program and support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment
- Technical certification in Multi-Craft Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience working with three-phase electrical systems (up to 480V) and low-voltage circuits
- Ability to climb, bend, stoop, twist, reach, and work in varying positions
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 55 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift, move, or position loads up to 80 pounds
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in both indoor and outdoor manufacturing environments
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods throughout the workday

- Experience troubleshooting and repairing PLC-controlled equipment
