Job Summary
Maintenance Technician - Senior, Nights role, onsite in Lincoln, MO. Responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment, performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing from drawings and schematics, welding (MIG/TIG), installing components and electrical equipment, logging work orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring safety and quality standards (ISO 9001 QOP's, API 671). The position requires ability to read complex drawings, use a range of measuring instruments, promote 6S, and participate in ongoing training to advance through the role. Required Qualifications
- Experience with maintenance of machine tools, attachments and auxiliaries
- Proficient in simple MIG and TIG welding
- Electrical knowledge or willingness to obtain training
- Ability to read complex drawings, wiring diagrams and sketches
- Experience diagnosing and repairing electrical circuits and machine controllers
- Ability to install and maintain electrical equipment such as motors, starters and circuit breakers
- Strong preventive maintenance skills and use of PM systems
- Willingness to advance through continued training and education
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 QOP's and API 671 guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in potentially elevated positions
