Job Summary
Maintenance Technician position at Seacoast Apartments responsible for on-site upkeep, safety compliance, preventive maintenance, and repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks. Requires OSHA awareness, ability to read work orders and manuals, conduct hazard assessments, maintain records, and coordinate with the Community Manager. entails standing by for emergencies and ensuring property grounds and common areas are well-maintained; strong communication skills and professional appearance expected.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of property HVAC units
- Read, understand and follow handwritten/printed service requests
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English
- Experience with tools for maintenance tasks
- Travel for property business as needed
- Access to hand tools and basic maintenance equipment
