Job Summary
Answer resident calls promptly, follow up on repairs, and maintain property grounds and routine upkeep. Troubleshoot maintenance issues quickly under pressure while preparing apartments for move-in and turnover. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule that includes occasional weekends and evenings. Requires building maintenance experience, dependable transportation, and primary residency within 30 minutes of the Village Green Apartments property.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working on building maintenance
- Dependable transportation to get to work and to respond to on-call emergencies
- Valid driver's license
- Primary residency within 30 minutes of our property
- Ability to meet physical demands
