Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and preventive/predictive maintenance scheduling across facility equipment. Lead and train operators in an operator-driven maintenance program, with a focus on safety and risk assessment. Support TPM and LEAN initiatives, developing tasks and improvements from data analysis. Maintain a wide range of equipment (pumps, HVAC, liquid fillers, pneumatic systems, labeling, batch processing, packaging machinery, air compressors, coding machines, bottle sleevers, case forming/packing/sealing). Requires 5+ years in a manufacturing setting, knowledge of OSHA/environmental regs, LEAN/TPM, and PLC ladder logic. Strong communication, coaching, teamwork, and leadership abilities; machining and welding experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in a consumer packaged goods setting preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations
- Experience with LEAN, TPM and predictive maintenance processes
- Understanding of PLC ladder logic and some troubleshooting of programs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and coaching skills
- Team leadership/mentorship experience
- Hands-on skills in machining and welding are a plus
