Maintenance Technician - Santa Monica Collection (501 Broadway)

Maintenance Technician performs technical and mechanical work to maintain building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet company standards. Responsibilities include completing work orders and preventative maintenance, executing the make-ready process for vacant units, managing materials and inventory, documenting service activities, maintaining grounds and signage, and supporting safety and risk-management initiatives. Must be able to work weekends and be on-call; EPA refrigerant certifications are required (Type 1 and II or Universal); HVAC certification preferred. On-site duties at the Santa Monica property (501 Broadway) with a schedule that may include evenings and holidays.
