Job Summary
Assess and repair interior and exterior issues including electrical, plumbing, drywall, and HVAC systems. Complete work orders accurately and respond promptly to guest maintenance requests while interacting professionally with owners, vendors, and guests. Perform minor to moderate repairs on appliances and manage daily correspondence, providing updates on task timelines and requests for additional help. Cover on-call duty shifts as assigned. This full-time role at Sanders Beach Rentals requires a valid driver's license, two years of maintenance experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License
- Ability to work flexible hours and required weekend work
- Must be able to climb stairs both inside and outside and frequently lift up to 40-50 lbs.
- 2 year's experience in maintenance departments
