Job Summary
Perform general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, property structures, and grounds. Execute HVAC preventative maintenance, repair, and installation; handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair. Complete make readies and process turns and work orders. Maintain excellent customer service while working well with minimal supervision. Must be willing to rotate on call one week at a time. Requires HVAC and appliance repair knowledge with at least one year of experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and own tools. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation may be required depending on location.
