Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, plus grounds maintenance; duties include HVAC preventative maintenance/repair/installation, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and providing excellent customer service. On-call rotation required; must have HVAC/appliance repair experience with at least one year, basic safety knowledge, own tools, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Location in Capitol Heights, MD with benefits including PTO, health vision dental, 401K match, EAP, and employee rental discounts.
