Job Summary
Maintain the community's interior and exterior physical condition through daily inspections, preventative maintenance, and timely repairs of electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems. Monitor inventory, document service requests, and ensure OSHA-approved work environments while enforcing safety and emergency evacuation policies. Provide customer service to residents and parents, develop community engagement, and respond to weekend and after-hours emergency calls. Requires 2 years of repair experience, HVAC certification preferred, and availability for on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years' experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
- Must have excellent communication and people skills
- Must be available on weekends and after hours for emergency calls
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC certification preferred
- Computer literacy preferred
