Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for S2 Residential responsible for completing service requests across the property, including common areas and occupied units. Duties include plumbing, electrical, HVAC maintenance, lightbulb changes, unclogging pipes, fixing faucets, door locks, painting, trash outs, unit turns, and routine appliance checks. Must inspect and service HVAC systems and gas/electric components, perform carpentry and minor repairs, and ensure safety devices are functional. Requires valid driver license and auto liability insurance, plus HVAC Type II or Universal EPA certification. Strong customer service, detail orientation, and team collaboration are essential. Work hours rotate with after-hours/on-call after weekends; location is Dallas, TX with in-person onsite work.
