Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at The Quinn on Ravenglass performing a broad range of on-site upkeep and repair duties across common areas and units. Duties include servicing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting tasks, responding to service requests, inspecting appliances and safety devices, assisting with trash outs and unit turns, and ensuring resident satisfaction through proactive maintenance and excellent customer service. Requires valid HVAC certification (Type II or Universal EPA), valid driver's license, and ability to work a rotating schedule; physically capable of moving items and performing extensive walking/standing.
Required Qualifications
- Valid HVAC certification: Type II or Universal EPA Certification is required
- Valid driver license and auto liability insurance
- Reliability/transportation to property
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule including weekends/on-call
