Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for a residential property responsible for completing service requests across common areas and units, performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, lighting, and landscaping tasks, inspecting appliances and safety devices, assisting with trash outs and unit turns, and performing routine maintenance and repairs. Must demonstrate strong customer service, initiative to identify and correct hazards, and the ability to work with residents and maintenance staff. Hours listed as 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (Mon–Fri) and 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (Sat) with rotating on-call after-hours/weekend duties. Location is Dallas, TX. Requires valid driver license and EPA HVAC Type II or Universal Certification.

- Valid driver license and auto liability insurance is required
- HVAC certification: Type II or Universal EPA Certification is required
