Job Summary
Maintenance Technician needed to maintain and repair gas station equipment, including fuel pumps, air compressors, plumbing, electrical systems, and refrigeration units. Responsibilities include inspections, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical/plumbing issues, maintaining maintenance records, ensuring safety compliance, responding to emergency maintenance, developing preventive maintenance schedules, assisting with installation/setup of new equipment, and keeping a clean, organized workspace. Company vehicle provided for travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a gas station or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license.
