Maintenance Technician

Maintain property grounds, public areas, parking lots, and roof while removing debris daily and performing seasonal outside duties. Create work orders for deficiencies observed during walks and keep mechanical and utility rooms organized. Support maintenance schedules, respond to tenant requests, and coordinate with vendors. Monitor and report slip and trip hazards, conduct security checks of locked doors, pressure-wash trash rooms and sidewalks, and replace lamps as required. Perform general repairs within reasonable expectations. Requires high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 100 lbs, clear driving record, and work from a ladder.
