Diagnose defects and complete repairs on assigned work orders from resident requests while adhering to safety standards and code requirements. Execute the make-ready process for vacant units by conducting pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and performing necessary maintenance tasks. Manage maintenance inventory by tracking usage, returning unused items, and notifying supervisors of re-ordering needs. Document all service requests accurately and assist with grounds maintenance, including trash removal, pressure washing, and painting. Comply with safety policies by attending training, reporting incidents, and periodically inspecting contractor work to verify quality standards.
