Job Summary
Perform regular custodial duties sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting common areas while executing basic landscaping like trimming and pruning. Complete grounds work including power washing, blowing parking areas, and pool maintenance tasks such as chemical adjustments and backwashing. Operate equipment safely including power washers, floor scrubbers, and golf carts. Execute repairs to maintain structural integrity and address emergency on-call and after-hours assignments. Complete work orders within 24-48 hours, updating records in the computer system. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety laws. Report supply needs and maintain shop organization. This site-based role requires flexibility for weekends, nights, and exposure to elements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field
- General knowledge in a variety of skilled trades including construction/installation, repair, and maintenance, drywall, basic carpentry, and make-ready
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
