Job Summary
Conduct general maintenance and custodial duties across property interiors and exteriors, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and grounds work such as power washing and blowing parking areas. Execute basic landscaping tasks like trimming, pruning, and irrigation monitoring while operating equipment including power washers, blowers, floor scrubbers, and golf carts. Assist in preparing vacant units for occupancy by removing trash and address emergency on-call assignments and after-hours maintenance tasks, completing work orders within 24-48 hours. Perform repairs to maintain structural integrity and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety policies. Report supply needs and maintain shop organization.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field
- General knowledge in a variety of skilled trades including construction/installation, repair, and maintenance, drywall, basic carpentry, and make-ready
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
