Job Summary
Perform regular custodial duties sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting common areas. Execute basic landscaping including trimming, pruning, and monitoring irrigation. Operate equipment such as power washers, blowers, floor scrubbers, and golf carts safely. Assist in pool maintenance by reading chemicals, adjusting levels, and cleaning. Complete work orders and maintenance tasks within 24-48 hours, updating records in the computer system. Ensure prompt response to emergency on-call and after-hours assignments. Report supply needs and maintain shop organization while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field
- General knowledge in a variety of skilled trades including construction/installation, repair, and maintenance, drywall, basic carpentry, and make-ready
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
