Job Summary
Troubleshoot, assess, repair, and replace HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances across multiple properties in the LA Area. Conduct preventative maintenance on units and perform general building repairs including floors, ceilings, walls, and windows. Maintain accurate daily maintenance records, manage work orders for multiple priorities, and interact professionally with vendors and residents. Complete emergency and routine service requests, including after-hours response, and assist with turnover make-ready tasks for new move-ins. Utilize computer, tablet, and smartphone software to log actions and ensure proper trash disposal. Provide own tools and maintain a clean driving record. Full-time 40-hour week with mileage reimbursement and benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401K, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in property management or a related field, with customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of computers and technology including cloud-based software and applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Great communication skills
- Organized and able to manage work orders for multiple priorities
- Honest, Trustworthy & Accountable
- Clean driving record with valid driver's license
- Dependable transportation
- Provide own tools to complete work orders
